Initiate Your Request
Log into your DVD Hub account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the DVDs or Blu-rays in their original cases and protective mailers to prevent scratches or damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our quality control team inspects the returned media, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement discs within 3-5 business days.
